Draft FY2019 Annual PHA Plan is available for Review & Comment

The Tuscaloosa Housing Authority’s Draft FY2019 Annual PHA Plan is available for public review and comment beginning on October 1, 2018 until 2PM CST on Monday, November 19, 2018.

The Draft FY2019 Plan is available for review at THA’s Central Office located at 2117 Jack Warner Parkway, Suite 2, or can be accessed by clicking HERE.

All comments must be made in writing and addressed to:

Written comments must be received no later than 2:00PM on Monday, November 19, 2018.

A Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 12:15PM in the Board Room at the Central Office. Interested parties are invited to attend.

THA Staff will be hosting a series of meetings to discuss the draft plan.  A tentative schedule is outlined below:

  • Draft FY2019 Plan is finalized for public review and comment – October 1, 2018
  • Official 45-Day Public Review and Comment Period begins – October 5, 2018
  • Hay Court, McKenzie & Jackson Apartments Resident Meeting – 8:30AM November 7, 2018
  • Rosedale Resident Meeting – 9:30AM November 7, 2018
  • Branscomb Resident Meeting – 10:15AM November 7, 2018
  • Crescent East Resident Meeting – 11:15AM November 7, 2018
  • Resident Advisory Board – (TBD)
  • Public Review and Comment Period ends – 2PM November 19, 2018
  • FY2019 Annual PHA Plan Public Hearing – 12:15PM November 28, 2018
