The THA Board of Commissioners approved changes to the Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy and the Public Housing Dwelling Lease on June 15, 2022.

Changes to these policies constitute a Significant Amendment to the Annual Agency Plan and require a Public Hearing.  The public hearing was held at 12:15 P.M. CST on June 15, 2022, at the Main Office at 2117 Jack Warner Parkway, Suite 2, Tuscaloosa, AL. The THA made these draft policies available for public review and comment for 45-days beginning April 25, 2022, until June 10, 2022.  These policies were available for review and download on the THA website located at www.tuscaloosahousing.org.  A printed copy was also made available for onsite review at the THA Main Office.
