TUSCALOOSA HOUSING AUTHORITY
ACCEPTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR
HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST

The Tuscaloosa Housing Authority (THA) will accept applications for placement on the Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List beginning Monday, June 6, 2022, at 9AM CST and ending on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 5PM CST.  The order of the list will be maintained based on the time and date of application.

When to Apply
The Waiting List will open on Monday, June 6, 2022, at 9AM CST
The Waiting List will close on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 5PM CST

How to Apply
Applications must be submitted online by visiting the THA HousingManager website at https://tuscaloosahousing.housingmanager.com.  Applications can be submitted using any computer, tablet, or smartphone device with internet access.

Target Income Limits
THA will be targeting the following annual income limits based on the number of family members in the household:
                        1 Person     $16,350                 5 Persons   $32,470
                        2 Persons   $18,650                 6 Persons   $37,190
                        3 Persons   $23,030                 7 Persons   $41,910
                        4 Persons   $27,750                 8 Persons   $46,630
Income requirements are subject to change.

You Will Need

• Social Security Numbers for all family members
• Dates of Birth for all family members
• Amounts and Sources of Income for all family members
• Household expenses
